Shipment of the purchased goods. Deadlines of delivery. Transmission risk

The expected delivery time is 2 to 3 working days from the date of receipt of the order, this being merely informative and therefore is not binding for the COMPANY. In any case, the legal time of delivery is a maximum of 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, and if not given within this time limit the consumer shall be entitled to terminate the contract as well as reimbursement of all amounts paid. We will keep you informed of your order status at all times.

The risk of loss or damage in the goods is transferred to the Client, from the moment in which occurs the delivery, at the address indicated in the order by the Customer, except in cases specified otherwise. Once delivered the fertilizer, will form part of your property, and therefore, all damages, losses etc that may arise will be your responsibility.


Products on offer

All of the products that we promote at a special price will be displayed on the web with the following information: offer price, usual price, percentage of discount, and, in your case, the date of termination of the offer or promotion. These deals will be available until the date indicated or until end of stock, in which case the product will automatically disappear from the web.


Warranty policy of withdrawal and claims

Warranty: Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase, your presentation is required for any check, exchange or refund.

All the items that can be purchased on our website come with a legal guarantee of conformity of two years, from the date of purchase and/or delivery, according to the rules of application. In those incidents that justify the use of collateral are eligible for repair or replacement of the article, rebate or refund, in the terms legally established.

The guarantee will lose its value:

Withdrawal: The consumer has 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order to withdraw from the same. The product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation (guarantees, labels and instructions of use ...) and original packaging otherwise we will not be able to proceed to your refund.

It is very important that we return the product perfectly packaged. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, not admit the return. The return shipping to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. Once the goods are received, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount, on the terms set out in the RDL 1/2007, according to the method of payment made by the customer.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and we have checked that all the above conditions, we will admit the return of the product and shall, prior to 14 calendar days from receipt by us, the refund of all amounts paid, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice by you of a type of delivery different than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.

b. If you pay through Paypal, you will promissory note the amount in the Paypal account.

Note: Please note that if you paid by credit card it is unlikely that your bank will show the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.

Keep in mind that you will have to bear the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal, and that we don't accept carriage forward deliveries.
